Get Offers working again

Some connection settings can stop Offers from loading.
Please follow the steps below to fix it.

1. Turn off your VPN or proxy

If you’re using a VPN or proxy, please turn it off. Our partners don’t allow these, so Offers won’t show while they’re on.

2. Turn off iCloud Private Relay (if applicable)

If you use Safari on iPhone, iPad or Mac, iCloud Private Relay might be on. This hides your connection and can block Offers.

  • On iPhone or iPad:
    1.  Go to Settings
    2. Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top
    3. Tap iCloud, then Private Relay
    4. Tap the Private Relay toggle to turn it off
    5. For specific networks, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the info button (i) next to your network, and turn off Limit IP Address Tracking
  • On Mac:
    1. Go to System Settings
    2. Click your Name/Apple ID at the top
    3. Click iCloud, then Private Relay
    4. Click the toggle to turn it off
    5. For specific networks, go to System Settings > Network, click your service (e.g., Wi-Fi), click Details, and turn off Limit IP address tracking

3. Refresh the Offers page

Go back to the Offers page and refresh it.
